Piper je prostřední sestra,která je mezi svými sestrami Prue a Phoebe. Piper neměla nikdy opravdové štěstí na muže.Buď nemohla najít toho pravého nebo vždy narazila na toho nepravého.V 1.serii narazila na demona Jeremiho,ducha Marka Chao a Joshe.Začala také randit s jejich světlonošem Lee Wyattem,ale rozešla se sním protože objevila co je doopravdy zač.
V 2.serii začne randit se sousedem Danem Gordonem,ale rozešla se s ním,protože doopravdy milovala Lea.Po mnoha překážkach od starších se nakonec Piper a Leo vzali.Po smrti Prue Piper našla opravdu tvrdé pokačování jako čarodějka,ale pomohli jí její sestry Phoebe a Paige a její manžel Leo.V 5.serii Piper sobě a Leovi porodila první dítě Wyata Mtthew Halliwella.Na konci 5.serie Piper utrpěla velké ztráty.Ztratila manžela.Leo opustil Piper a jejich syna a stal se Starší.Chris Perry byl poslán z budoucnosti pomoci porazit Titany a za odměnu se stal novým světlonošem pro sestry.Piper nyní porodila druhého Leova syna-Chrise.
